FLAMBOYANCE OF LIVING

There will be four ways we can collaborate for increasing our ability to age as well as our genetics, our time, our motivation & our livelihood will allow for the alchemy to proceed. 

As well, each subset will include varying depths you wish to explore:

"I'm a AAA+ personality"
"High achiever but still likes to party"
"Just do it for me & if I have questions, I'll ask"
"Catholic-whole heartedly trust with no 'but why?'"
When a pivot is apparent, which will you choose? 

There are currently 12 programs, 6 with resistance, 6 with body weight only. 

There will also be links for examples of exercises that are easily accessed with a click. 

"you get out of your body what you put into it". These ideas will definitely NOT be revolutionary.

Rather, I will be leading you through many areas that are always evolving AND will always need to be tailored for the multifactorial being which is you: genetics, current endocrine status, age (overuse, misuse, abuse), activity level/lifestyle, motivation

And now, the cornerstone to the foundation of my offerings:

psychological/emotional/personal truth element. 
whatever psychological tenets you embrace, I will do my best to find basis for the reasoning which may validate these beliefs. Be forewarned, there may be some insights which will make us both uncomfortable, but remember, in life, learning to be comfortable while uncomfortable affords for growth & expansion & alchemizing 

These blog entries will be heavily influenced by happenings, to myself and others, what has been discovered by myself and others, and how this applies to living, improving and attempting to be inspired while inspiring.
